New possibilities to increase revenues for publishers thanks to automated self-service technology
A new possibility to increase revenues of publishers and websites’ owners has just emerged on the Polish market. This is a new DanAds platform to sell advertising inventory in a self-service model. The technology which is appreciated and used by such players as Tripadvisor, Expedia/Trivago, eBay or Shazam is already available on the Polish market. DanAds has entered into cooperation with Looksoft Advertising which is now the Partner and local representative of the Company. Thanks to this platform publishers now have the option to sell more of their inventory, increase their margin and serve more advertisers.
What is DanAds? This is a self-service advertising platform available to advertisers, in particular, clients from the sector of small and medium enterprises (SME, SOHO). It allows the publishers to increase the use of advertising inventory and, at the same time, decrease the costs of ad sales process,
as it replaces the work of the accounts or local representatives with the automated self-service technology. The DanAds technology is available in a SaaS model and its integration with an existing ad-server of the publisher is fully configurable and adjusted to their needs.

of small and medium enterprises, is very expensive. It relates to maintenance of a sales department, traffic, costs of financial settlements. Automation of sales process allows publishers to offer advertisers a self-service model, where the whole process of creating an account and launching a campaign may take less than 5 minutes”, explains Rafał Sułkowski, Sales Director of Looksoft Advertising. “Thousands of small and medium companies want to advertise in local media or at national publishers but it is too complicated and expensive. The DanAds platform was launched in 2013 by two entrepreneurs from Sweden. The company offers services to streaming providers (e.g., Soundcloud), publishers (Bloomberg, Reach, Hearts) and well-known e-commerce platforms (Tripadvisor, Expedia/Trivago).
